I’m a huge fan of faux. Faux leather, faux suede, faux fur etc you get the picture. While scouring my favorite online shopping site, Missguided, I found some really cute faux suede and leather dresses.

I wanted to stay a away from black so when I found this Suede T Shift Mini Dress in olive green I was excited. Not only is it a rich olive green hue but I know how that color does my complexion just right.

This chic green vneck shift dress is a perfect transitional piece from winter to spring. The short sleeves allows you the versatility to bring it right on into spring. The showstopping feature of this dress to me is the fierce silver zippers that opens up the sides. That just tells me I can so wear this dress as a tunic as well. Such a transitional versatile piece for only $47.50.

I never been a fan of faux leather dresses I’m guessing because of my horrible experiences in the past. I’m a VERY thick and curvy woman so they either don’t fit right, don’t hug the curves right, or bunches up in the wrong places.

But this PU Leather Mini Dress in a beautiful spring salmon color caught my attention. The forgiving panel lines that provide for a smooth and sleek fit helped me feel more confident that this would not add to my history of bad experiences.

This Christiana Croc Faux Leather Shift Dress would have me stepping all outside my comfort zone as I never wear all white. I’m accident prone and messy white just ain’t cute! You know you have a problem when clothes start talking to you through the screen, and the croc white print was calling my name.
