FASHION NEWS: FENTY X PUMA “SURF & MOTORSPORT” SPRING/SUMMER 2018 CAMPAIGN

I will always champion for Rihanna and her bold attitude towards fashion. Out of all her FENTY x PUMA campaigns I’m most excited about this Spring/Summer 2018 “Surf & Motorsport” campaign. There’s a couple pieces I’ve already picked out that I intend to purchase, slay, and remix. You just watch. But to get your peak into these designs keep reading after the jump….

 

Can I just state the obvious and that’s how bad ass these designs are! This collection was inspired by surf and motorsport as we see in the campaign shots of her FENY x PUMA squad. They’re posted up in gender-fluid silhouettes in bold colors and sexy bodycon styles paired with oversized shapes. This year FENTY x PUMA are introducing their first ever swimwear collection as part of the spring/summer 2018 campaign. You’ll see body confident bikinis and curve-hugging mono-kini.

 

 

What’s a FENTY x PUMA collection with out The Creepers? These babies have gotten a full on makeover with bungee cord laces, translucent stacked heels all in neoprene material. In addition to The Creepers, the a ton of footwear selections from a sexy thong heeled sandals, ankle strap heels and bungee cord lace up shoes that feature a split PUMA cat on the heel. And it can’t be a complete footwear collection without the signature FENTY x PUMA slides that everyone had last summer, I mean it like EVERYONE! The new slide designs are an espadrille slip on and a combo leather-neoprene neon slide perfect for pool side. There’s even something to hold us over until the weather gets a bit warmer and that’s the boots highlighted with sock like and bungee cord features and rich supple suede. The boots can be found in Golden Beige, Deep Forest Green and Triple Black.

 

“This collection is a mix between two worlds: motocross and surf. It was a challenge to bring them together but it ended up being the perfect combination,” beamed Rihanna at the FENTYxPUMA Spring-Summer ’18 show in September.

 

 

 

If none of the above have you ready to be dripped in surf / motorsport swag maybe the various accessories with change your mind. I’m talking about surfer ankle straps, a metallic puffy Barrel Bag, checkers, summer visors, baseball caps, scuba duffle bum bags, and backpacks.

 

 

Ok enough hype beasting this amazing collection up with out launch dates right? Well I got you, The FENTY x PUMA Spring/Summer 2018 collection launches in multiple drops. So everything won’t be available at the same time. For the most part the collections first drop will launch at KITH Women, Rime, SIX:02, and PUMA websites on March 15th. FENTY Avid dropping on March 30th, and more drops between May and June 2018!  In the meantime, I’m just sitting her waiting on this motorsport pieces to drop!
