STEAL SUMMER’S LOOK: CAMO IN THE CITY

Camouflage hasn’t been a print specifically for the army in a long time. I know as for me I’m obsessed with it. Anything I can find in camouflage I buy it. There are unlimited ways to style the print in anything from casual, sporty, or chic. I recently dressed up a camouflage long sleeve mesh bodysuit in a tailored blazer and boyfriend distressed denim. Most importantly the look is affordable enough for any young to established frugalista fashionista to re-create!

This look is a good example of a easy and chic way to dress down a blazer and dress up distressed boyfriend jeans. There’s no rules to this. You literally have to just put it together, try it on, and vibe out. That’s exactly what I did when I decided to pair my camouflage long sleeve mesh bodysuit with the tailored fitted single breast blazer and loose fitting low-rise distressed boyfriend jeans. These are all main staples that every woman should have in her closet. Most of these pieces I’ve had for a few years now. My blazer and jeans are from H&M, my bodysuit is from BonBini (a thot store on Fordham Rd in the Bronx), nude Mossimo pumps from Target, and I closed it all out with a vintage Fenda bag circa 2008/2009.

In the meantime I encourage you to add more camouflage into your closets. On those random days in where you are absolutely doing nothing play dress up. Start pulling put pieces and trying them on. This way the next time you have an outing to attend you already have some camouflage infused looks pulled. All you have to do is slap on a red lip and go! You can shop all these pieces here.
