FASHION NEWS: RIHANNA’S FENTY x PUMA FW’17 COLLECTION

Rihanna is staking her claim as a notable designer on the heels of her 3rd FENTY x PUMA collection. I must admit I haven’t been too enthused with the past two collections but this one has blown me away.

This new FENTY x PUMA collection is no lie hard!!! The collection was inspired by a FENTY University theme “for the rebellious and daring”. RihRih made sure to have a mixture of looks for all the typical social circles at every school including the Jocks, Nerds, Skaters, Preppies, Goth, and in true fashion the Bad Gals.

 

 

 

 

 

The collection is a range of sexy & stylish, gender blending pieces, and embellished university inspired threads. It ofcourse follows the signature branding details of Rihanna’s birth year 1988, her lucky number 13, the FENTY x PUMA branded buttons, trims, oversized looks from previous collections, and FENTY x PUMA piercing zipper.

 

 

 

 

What blew my mind the most were some of the footwear pieces in the footwear line up, preferably the over-the-knee boots! Included in the footwear line are a remixed and revamped PUMA Creepers with stacked soles and ankle straps, heels, translucent wedges, high knits, and wells.
