TOPSHELF NEWS: KYLIE JENNER COVERS TEEN VOGUE MAY ISSUE

Move over Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian because it’s the Jenner girls turn. And particularly the baby of the Kardashian – Jenner clan, Kylie Jenner, has been in the headlines for setting her own fashion trends and Teen Vogue took notice to that.

Kylie Jenner is on the cover of Teen Vogue’s May issue giving off a very fresh natural beauty look. Which is a breath of fresh air since we see her more times then often full face glam. Her relationship with rapper Tyga, her out of the ordinary fuller lips, and recent gossip of her wanting butt impants /injections has caused her to be at the center of a lot of criticism. In the issue she talks about how she deals with the haters online. The reality star states, “you can read 1,000 nice comments but remember the mean one. I think you should only really listen to what your family and your close friends say. I try to let it go in one ear and out the other and just stay positive”.

When Kylie not only took on the role as cover girl for Teen Vogue she had her besties join her in the spread. The shoot took place in a desert with the girls having a blast riding dune buggies and having a full on desert bash while looking grunge desert glam. Kylie’s signature smoked out eye makeup was replaces with a nude natural palette with lashes that just open her eyes up even more. The rich red lipstick you see her wear a lot is replaced with a peachy nude lip and her hair is in a tousled chic undo. She’s looking more like the 17 year old Kylie than the reality star we see on TV every Sunday on E!.
