STEAL SUMMER’S LOOK: BRIDAL SHOWER FUN IN BOOHOO JESSY FLORAL PRINT OFF THE SHOULDER MIDI DRESS

It’s always exciting when you’re friends are celebrating love. What’s not exciting is preparing for a themed party when you’ve been traveling out of state for your birthday and attending work conferences in the span of 4 days with the Bridal Shower happening the day after you fly back home and an late night flight. But, because I’m somewhat of a shopaholic I knew there had to be a dress tucked away in the closet somewhere perfect for this floral, polo derby theme party.

I was absolutely right too! Last year I purchased this Boohoo Jessy Floral Print Off The Shoulder Midi Dress with no idea where I would ever wear it. I just fell in love with it. The mint pistachio hue stood out to me and the flowers, which I’m never usually a big fan of, made the dress look very ladylike which also is not generally my style. Let’s just say this was a impulse purchase that did not go to waste like many others do.

The off the shoulder detailing I was a bit worried about because my arms are one of my trouble areas and I wasn’t 100% sure if they were going to fit into the arm sleeves. Crisis aborted because not only did they fit comfortably, it didn’t affect the boob area that at all since it was attached. This dress had just the right amount of stretch but also thick enough material to hold in any jiggle or rolls. Let’s not act like that’s not an important factor here okay!
