This past weekend I spent some much needed time getting in my monthly at home facial and enjoying one of my favorite past times which is watching YouTube makeup and hair tutorials. With NYE coming up I wanted to get some inspiration for a sparkly festive makeup tutorial. I typically load my subscriptions of makeup YouTubers to those who have a similar complexion that I know what will work on me. This leads me to super gorgeous YouTuber Ellarie who was creating a very sparkly glam look with the Mariah Carey x MAC holiday collection.

Now I’m not usually the one for whole bunch of shimmer and sparkle, but as I stated this was a search for the perfect NYE look. One thing we all know is that if Mariah Carey has anything to do with anything it’s done with tons of diamonds, sparkle, shimmer, and shine!

 

This Mariah Carey x MAC holiday collection is so pretty and so glam it’s a girl’s true dream. The collection is full of multiple shades of lipsticks, lipglass, lip pencils, a skin finish, two shades of blush, two eyeshadow palettes, a loose powder, eye liner, lashes, and brushes. Yes Mimi came thru for the holidays and of course each product carries a signature Mariah Carey song title or saying.

That’s ok though because that gives me more time to find other YouTubers donning themselves in Mimi’s dazzling MAC holiday collection.

 

Me personally, I have my eye on the Bit of Bubbly lipstick, the So Dramatique PRO Longwear lip pencil, the My Mimi Extra Dimension skinfinish, both I’m That Chick You Like & It’s Everything eyeshadow palettes, the Touch My Body loose powder, and maybe one of the lashes.
