You can set daily step goals, and For instance, since the weather has been getting better I’ve decided to take a different train that leaves me further way from my workplace so that I could get in a nice little walk.  You can set daily goals and sync your Fitbit Flex to your computer and or smartphone to see your progress. You can not only track your steps, you can set daily goals on your calorie intake, water intake, and weight goals. It’s really cool to see your progress anytime you want. It keeps me motivated.

You have to own a Fitbit Flex because it’s the actual battery and tracker that your are removing to place into the Tory Burch bracelet.
