TOPSHELF FAB FINDS: FACIAL MASKS UNDER $5
Taking care of your skin is very important but especially in the cold winter months. I’m a huge fan of facial masks and products that exfoliate the skin. They leave you with smooth, bright, clean and clear skin. I found an inexpensive way to pamper your skin for just under $5!
On a normal beauty store run I picked up Freeman Beauty’s Cucumber Peel Off Mask. This mask removes impurities to the skin and gives a cooling effect once it’s applied. After only 5 minutes dries and gets tights but don’t fret, most masks are supposed to do that. I love that fact that its main ingredients are cucumber extract, Vitamin A, and Aloe Vera. I also use Aloe Vera as a moisturizer at night. Aloe Vera is a great natural moisturizer to attain smooth skin.
A few of my other favorites from the Freeman Beauty Facial Mask lineup is the Avocado & Oatmeal Clay Mask. This I use at least once a week. It digs deeps into the skin and pulls out all the dirt and oil from outside, makeup, just everyday toxins. Due to me having combination/oily skin I love to treat it with the Mint & Lemon Clay Mask because it reduces shine and minimizes large pores. Lastly, is the Golden Grain Brightening Mask! This is my secret weapon whenever I get a dark spot from a pimple (I have a habit of messing with my pimples and they leave a dark spot) which I hardly ever get. The Golden Grain Brightening Mask illuminates skin, lifts moisture levels and leaves your skin looking dewy and refreshed. The most important ingredient in this mask is the Vitamin C.
The best thing about all these masks is that they are only $3.99 and you can find them at your local beauty supply store, Target, or Walgreens. If you want to see the full line up to the Freeman Beauty website here.
