HEALTHY LIVING: 60 DAYS UNTIL NEW YEARS
60 days…that’s literally right around the corner and I just can’t believe it. Luckily I’ve stayed consistent on my health goals for these past 40 days. It’s not hard when you prepare yourself mentally and prepare your arsenal with the right tools.

For me those tools have been my Planet Fitness Black Card Membership, a 15lb kettle bell, 5lb weights, 3lb weights, resistance bands, one of those big balls, a yoga mat, my HRM Polar Watch, and my line up of plant based weight loss products to keep me on track. I committed to really sticking to the Triple Threat weight loss system for 100 days until 2018 to help me reach my target goal. The Triple Threat consists of two supplements (ThermoFIT and Fat Fighters) & a daily detox (Greens on the Go).
Coming from 189lbs, standing at a short 4ft 11inches, 5ft on a good day, at the top of the year I wanted to at least end the year in the range of 155lb-150lbs and toned up. Particularly I wanted to focus on my waist, back-fat and arms. For some reason when I gain weight its distributed there. Call it genetics! At the beginning of the 100 days I started out at 165lbs with a 34inch waist.
Well because of my efforts these past 40 days I’m down to 160lbs, my waist is currently at 33inch, and I’m fitting into blazers that were tucked away cause I couldn’t get my arms in them and my favorite black ZARA moto leather jacket that I can now get into with ease. All I have to do is get through the holidays without over indulging and staying the course of consistency. I’m not even gonna pack food to take home. No leftovers Bih!
With all that said 60 days is still long enough to implement some type of change. What are you working on that you can be consistent with for the next 60 days until 2018?
