This week I am honoring TOPSHELFDIVA OF THE WEEK Meagan Lyles. This beautiful maven has introduced innovative and creatively flawless branding and marketing services to the masses all from an idea coupled with drive and ambition. And doing so ever so stylish might I add!

If anyone knows me they know being a hair guru I love a head of big full healthy hair and that’s what I fell in love with the first time I saw a picture of Meagan. It was complete utter hair porn switching between her luscious beautiful curls and her perfectly coifed topknot.

After peeling away layers to her I noticed her unique eye for fashion. Meagan brings together retro, glam, ladylike pieces and pulls them off effortlessly. However there is more to Meagan that meets the eye. Meagan is the owner of Creatively Flawless, a unique agency where she makes your visions come to fruition. This woman has taken how branding, marketing, public relations, web design and everything else it takes to create successful businesses to a new level. Her love of fashion speaks through her work when you see the websites, blogs, and social media campaigns she stamps her company name with.

Meagan not only was able to accomplish all this while finishing graduate school she also founded The Powerful Women which is a non profit organization that holds a luncheon bi-yearly. The Powerful Women Luncheon is an amazing networking opportunity for women of all walks of life, in different industries to come together to celebrate womanhood.  Because of all her success what started as a small luncheon has now turned into a full weekend retreat. YASSSS look at God!
